Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Pink ribbon, strawberry smoothie


1/3 cup cashews (preferably soaked overnight but not necessary)

1/2 lemon, juiced

Grated rind from 1/2 a lemon

2 pitted dates

3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk

1/2 cup water


Simply put the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
