These chocolate rum balls will please your gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, Keto, paleo, vegan friends as well as those who don’t give a s*+t about any of the above.

Ingredients :
1/4 cup cacao powder (cocoa powder is fine too)
1/4 cup softened coconut oil
1/4 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
2 Tbsp coconut cream
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp SweetNZ erythritol 'not icing sugar' Or any alternative ground to a fine powder.*
25-50ml rum (to taste)
Directions:
Simply mix all the ingredients together and then shape into small balls. If it is too 'liquidy', place in the fridge to harden a bit or add more almond flour. Roll in extra coconut or cacao powder.

** You could also use maple syrup but it will make it slightly more difficult to roll. Regular sugar is fine too of course! It's only a Tbsp for goodness sake :)
