You know those delicious Lindt chocolates... these are better. Seriously, and super easy too! Inspired by www.wholefoodsimply.com
6 tablespoon smooth cashew butter 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted 4 tablespoon cacao powder 2 tablespoon coconut nectar 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Green and Black's 85% dark chocolate bar
Mix all the ingredients together except for the chocolate bar. Pour into mini muffin moulds or other suitable moulds and place them in the freezer to harden.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler.
Once the mixture in the freezer is hard. Remove from the moulds and use a fork to dip each one into the chocolate. Place on a baking paper lined board of some sort and then return to the freezer to harden again.
