Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These are the perfect mid-afternoon snack if you're a peanut butter lover. Team them up with a fresh apple or banana or eat them on their own. Or, if you're feeling like dessert, enjoy them with a piece of dark chocolate!


100g finely chopped roasted peanuts* (just pulse a few times in your food processor for an easy way out).

50g smooth peanut butter

1 Tbsp peanut butter

2 Scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla Bean Protein powder**

1 Tbsp melted coconut oil or MCT oil (or just water or olive oil!).

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


Thoroughly combine all of the above and roll into 12 balls (or 6 if you want them HUGE). Top each one with a roasted peanut if you're feeling fancy, and store in the fridge.
