Simple Breads For Those Who Don't Do Bread

This bread has an amazing texture and is so filling! Top it with just about anything.

1 cup almond flour 1 1/2 cup mixed seeds, or nuts, chopped 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup Chia seeds 1/4 cup psyllium husk 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/3 cup milk of choice 5 Eggs

Preheat oven to 180C / 350F

Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together in another. Combine the two. mixtures and stir until just mixed.

Pour into a baking paper lined loaf pan and bake for roughly 40 minutes.

That's it!

This one is as easy as whizzing it up in ta blender and popping it into the oven!

5 Tablespoons peanut butter

4 eggs 1 Tablespoon chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 180C / 350F

To make this all you have to do is put the ingredients in a blender and pulse until just combined.

Place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through. This could be made into French toast, or top with avocado and fried eggs. My personal favourite is peanut butter and chia seed jam.
