I went about 2 years where I had this smoothie every single day! I never got tired of it, it is so delicious and though I've craved a bit more variety lately, I still have it several times a week. It's got everything I need nutritionally and while there are a few more costly ingredients, if that's in your budget, it's well worth it.
1.5 cups almond or coconut milk
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp olive oil or (or flax, avocado, MCT or hemp oil)
1 small pinch of sea salt
1 Tbsp peanut butter (but who's measuring - really!)
1/4 of an avocado if you like it thick!
Blend in a high-speed blender for about 30 seconds and enjoy!
