Low Carb Bread

If a low-carb way of eating suits you well but you'd like something a little 'bread-like' this recipe is easy to make and very tasty! I love it with avocado or scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

¼ cup ground linseed

½ tsp sea salt

1 ½ tsp baking powder

5 free range eggs

¼ cup coconut oil (melted) or Olive oil

1/8 tsp stevia (or Natvia)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180C

Place the dry ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to pulse until the mixture forms a batter. Pour the mixture into a small greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes or until beginning to brown on top and/or an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
