Instant N'oats - The Ultimate Hot Breakfast

I love that this recipe makes such a huge batch. I just scoop out 1/3 of a cup at a time and I have a delicious breakfast ready to go in no time. The high protein content keeps me full for ages.

Ingredients:

(Simply mix into a large bowl and store in an airtight container until ready to use)

2 cups of desiccated coconut 1 and 1/4 cup of ground almonds 3/4 cup of ground chia seeds 1/4 cup of ground flax seeds

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp sea salt

Morning Porridge:

Add a heaped 1/3 of a cup of the mixture to a saucepan with 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk and 1/2 cup water. Gently heat until bubbling, adding more liquid if i becomes too thick. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Protein*. Place into a bowl and top with your favourite porridge toppings. (Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, berries or other fruit, etc)
