Peanut Butter Fudge

I grew up loving peanut butter fudge thanks to my father who honestly makes the best peanut butter fudge on the planet. My tastebuds have changed over the years but not my longing for peanut butter anything. These are easy to make, filling, and delicious!


1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup melted coconut coconut oil

1 cup coconut butter (softened)

1 tsp honey (or more to taste)


Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a baking paper-lined loaf pan and place into the fridge or freezer to harden.
