
Ingredients 2 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tablespoon LSA 2 tablespoon sunflower Seeds 2 tablespoon chopped nuts of choice 1 cups milk of choice 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup berries 1 scoop of Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
Instructions The night before, mix the chia seeds, LSA, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and chopped nuts of choice together with the milk. I used almond milk personally or coconut milk.
Allow to sit overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, give the mixture a good stir then stir through the protein powder and a couple tablespoons of yoghurt if you'd like. Top with berries.
