Extra Creamy Porridge


If you’re into porridge- this is a game changer! You have to get it ready tonight though. The trick is in the blending.


Ingredients: 1/2 cup oats 1 cup milk (I used almond milk) 1/4 cup yoghurt of choice 1 scoop Nuzest Clean Lean Protein, or, if not using CLP, add desired amount of sweetener

a small drizzle of olive oil or MCT oil Pinch of sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients (I put mine into the jug of my NutriBullet to save on dishes) and let sit overnight. In the morning blend it until smooth. Add seeds or anything else you’d like. Put into a small saucepan and gently heat on medium heat and cook until it reaches desired thickness. Seriously, the creamiest oats on the planet! I topped mine with peanut butter and defrosted berries 😍😍
