Sesame Seed Snack Balls



Ingredients

1 cup macadamia nut butter (or just good ol' peanut butter)

2 Tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)

3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/3 cup linseeds (ground)

1/4 cup hemp flakes (or just more linseeds)

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Place into the fridge to harden somewhat. Roll about a tablespoon or so of batter at a time into balls and roll into additional sesame seeds. Store in the fridge or freezer.
