Super Seed Crackers


These are delicious with your favourite cracker toppings. For a crispier cracker, spread the mixture even thinner and use two baking trays.


Ingredients

1/2 cup linseeds (whole)

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup water

Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180C

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl (except for sea salt) and mix well. Allow to sit in the bowl for 15 minutes until the mixture begins to “gel”. Split the mixture into two and place each half on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. With wet fingers, spread the mixture out to desired thickness. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into squares. Return the mixtures to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes until they are crispy.
