Turmeric Balls


Turmeric is a superfood when it comes to anti-inflammatory benefits! As one of the featured ingredients in these delicious balls, not only do they taste great, but they can help fight inflammation as part of a healthy balanced diet.


Ingredients

1 cup coconut butter softly warmed. 3/4 cup shredded coconut 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil 2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp honey or rice syrup

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Use your hands to press and shape into balls (they won't 'roll' like date based bliss balls). Roll in additional coconut.

Store in the fridge.
