Michelle established The Centre for Empowered Eating in 2019 to help clients be their healthiest selves without having to give up the foods they love. She is an HCANZA registered nutrition coach, educator, entrepreneur 5x Author and has spoken internationally on the benefits of Empowered Eating. Michelle is also an Intuitive and mindful eating coach and a The Body Positive facilitator. When she is not training new health coaches - she is working with teens through the Brave Bodies programme.

Penny Aiava is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach, Certified Empowered Eating Coach and a very proud mum of 3. Her mission is to help equip you with practical tools to make changes that can be sustained long term, drown out all the noise and help you learn to trust your own body again.
Diets suck and the truth is that most of them don’t work. Our body’s response to caloric restriction is to crave more fatty and sugary foods, so even if you do lose weight after the diet “ends” it is likely that you will end up gaining all the weight back on and then some.

I’ve been there… By the time I was 14 I had been on as many diets as I was old. Weight Watchers, Nutri – system, SlimFast, Richard Simmons – you name it, I tried it…
Today, my life looks completely different...
I no longer restrict what I eat, I listen to my body’s hunger cues and enjoy all foods from salad to pizza with gusto! I have thrown out my scales and no longer worry about my weight. In fact, I am the healthiest that I have ever been in my life!
My own personal transformation is down to a few simple principles that I teach in the Empowered Eating Programme. I know these principles work because they have worked for hundreds of my clients too! As a Nutrition Coach, I have helped hundreds of people regain their health without dieting or restriction. In the Empowered Eating Programme, I will give you the tools to do the same.

Michelle Yandle is a certified Health and Nutrition Coach and health coach instructor through The Institute for Holistic Performance Nutrition.
She is an international speaker with IISB, successful entrepreneur, intuitive eating coach and 5-time author with a focus on traditional diets for health, and nutrition coaching for Empowered Eating™.
Michelle received her bachelor degree at Dalhousie University, Halifax while later achieving a graduate degree in education at the University of Maine at Fort Kent. She has then furthered her education with a graduate certificate through the school of Holistic Performance Nutrition and certificates in health and nutrition coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Cadence health in New Zealand. She has then studied Mindful Eating, Intuitive Eating and the non-diet approach. Michelle follows a HAES© approach to health and wellbeing for all bodies.
