MEET YOUR TEACHER

Online health and nutrition advisor and entrepreneur Michelle Yandle has written books, inspired audiences around the world, regularly presented on television and radio, worked with household name nutrition brands, and her health advice has been featured in the pages of a number of high profile publications including Nadia and Nourish Magazines. Initially trained as a school teacher, Michelle discovered the benefits of healthy eating based on traditional nutritional principles, and has built a new career through passionately and authentically sharing what she has learnt about ‘empowered eating.’

Diets suck and the truth is that most of them don’t work. Our body’s response to caloric restriction is to crave more fatty and sugary foods, so even if you do lose weight after the diet “ends” it is likely that you will end up gaining all the weight back on and then some.

I’ve been there… By the time I was 14 I had been on as many diets as I was old. Weight Watchers, Nutri – system, SlimFast, Richard Simmons – you name it, I tried it…

Michelle Yandle 

Michelle Yandle is a certified  Health and Nutrition Coach on her way to becoming a Clinical Nutritionist with The Holistic Performance Institute. 

 

She is an international speaker with IISB, successful entrepreneur, intuitive eating coach and two-time author with a focus on traditional diets for health, and nutrition coaching for Empowered Eating™. 

Michelle received her bachelor degree at Dalhousie University, Halifax while later achieving a graduate degree in education at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.  She has then furthered her education with a graduate certificate through the school of Holistic Performance Nutrition and certificates in health and nutrition coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Cadence health in New Zealand.

 

Her health advice has featured in such magazines as Nadia and Healthy Food Guide NZ. She has been a guest blogger at Awesome Inc, Ecostore, Elephant Journal, NZ Woman and more. As well as being a guest on The Hitz Radio and The AM Show.
