I've been known to have been a bit crazy around food. For years I would be on and off different diets always self-sabotaging myself by giving in to my cravings and then completely overdoing it! That's ok! I'd say to myself - I'll just get back on track Monday.

That is until I trained in nutrition and behavioural science and applied the steps I have now taught to countless women who were in the same boat I was.

Do I need a Facebook account? 

Do I need to have a Facebook account?
Nope! This space has no affiliation to Facebook whatsoever. Anyone can join without worrying about diet adverts and everything else that comes along with Facebook.

Can I join/share anonymously? 

We get it! Some people would like to remain anonymous when posting about their personal lives and struggles. That's why I created this online support group. When signing up, feel free to set your account up using an alias as a username. We've got everyone from Split Apples to Jane Doe's.

What if I'm unhappy with my membership? 

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can cancel at any time! If you have any trouble with this at all, email us at michelle@michelleyandle.com and we'll get it sorted.

Michelle Yandle (she/her)

Michelle Yandle is an HCANZA certified Health and Nutrition Coach and Educator

She is an international speaker with IISB, successful entrepreneur, intuitive eating coach and 5-time author with a focus on traditional diets for health, and nutrition coaching for Empowered Eating™. 

Michelle received her bachelor degree at Dalhousie University, Halifax while later achieving a graduate degree in education at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.  She has then furthered her education with a graduate certificate in nutrition coaching through HPI. She has then studied Mindful Eating, Intuitive Eating and the non-diet approach. Michelle follows a HAES© approach to health and wellbeing for all bodies. Michelle is currently a lecturer and tutor at the Institute for Holistic Performance

 

Her health advice has been featured in such magazines as Nadia, Remix and Healthy Food Guide NZ. She has been a guest blogger at Awesome Inc, Ecostore, Elephant Journal, NZ Woman and more.  You can learn more about Michelle through her TEDx talk HERE.
